Turn bank PDFs into QuickBooks files without uploading a thing.
StmtPdf reads bank and credit card statements locally and writes .qbo files that QuickBooks Desktop imports in one click.
Built-in profiles for the banks bookkeepers actually use
Three steps from PDF to imported
No mapping wizards, no CSV cleanup. StmtPdf reads the layout, checks the math, and writes the file QuickBooks expects.
Drop your statements
Drag one file or a whole folder. Parsing happens on your machine in under two seconds per page.
Check the math
Every row is reconciled against the running balance. Anything off is flagged with the exact difference.
Import into QuickBooks
File → Utilities → Import → Web Connect Files. Transactions land in the register, deduplicated.
Built for people who handle other people's money
Local by design
Your client's statement never touches a server. The only network call is a licence check before export — and it carries no statement data.
Balance reconciliation
Opening balance plus every transaction must equal the closing balance. Mismatches are highlighted with the exact delta.
Duplicate-proof FITID
Stable transaction ids mean re-importing the same statement never creates duplicate rows in QuickBooks.
Batch friendly
Queue a folder of statements, review only the flagged rows, then export everything split by account and month.
Same job as the cloud converters — without the upload
Page-based, like the statements you actually process
Every plan includes the desktop app, all 12 bank profiles, QBO / Excel / CSV export and local duplicate protection.

Questions bookkeepers ask first
Does my client's statement get uploaded?
No. Parsing, review and reconciliation run inside the desktop app. The only outbound request is a licence check before export, and it contains your licence key, machine id and page count — never statement content.
Can I use it while travelling without Wi-Fi?
Yes for importing, reviewing and fixing rows. Export needs one online check so a cancelled subscription cannot keep exporting.
What if QuickBooks says it cannot verify the financial institution?
Files are written with a fixed ORG and a 5-digit FID plus a generic INTU.BID, which QuickBooks Desktop accepts. You pick the matching account during import.
Stop retyping statements.
Install StmtPdf, drop a PDF, and import the .qbo in the next minute. Free plan included, no card required.
